How long does the assessment take?
The assessment consists of 111 questions and typically takes 15–20 minutes to complete. It's designed as a conversational chat experience to make it engaging rather than feeling like a boring survey.
What is DISC?
DISC is a personality assessment model that measures four behavioral traits: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). It helps you understand how you naturally communicate, make decisions, and work with others.
Is this free for individuals?
Yes! Individuals can take the assessment and view their full results for free. Church plans with team management, admin features, and integrations start at affordable monthly pricing.
How does AI team matching work?
Our AI analyzes your spiritual gifts and DISC personality profile alongside each ministry team's characteristics to suggest the best matches. It considers both your strengths and each team's specific needs.
Can we integrate with our church management system?
Yes. We support integrations with Planning Center, Subsplash, and Pushpay. When a member completes their assessment, their results are automatically pushed to their profile in your ChMS.
Is our data secure?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
